Because many NORAVYA objects are natural, handmade, small-batch, or hand-finished, minor differences may appear between the product photos and the item received.

Product availability may change without notice, especially for small-batch objects and selected maker pieces.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss cancellation, refund, replacement, or another suitable option.

Prices, currency display, shipping fees, taxes, duties, and final checkout totals may vary based on destination, checkout settings, and payment availability.

The final amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment.

An order is confirmed only after checkout is completed and payment authorization is accepted.

We may contact you if an order requires address clarification, product availability confirmation, fraud review, or additional delivery information.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payment is processed through secure checkout and payment providers. NORAVYA does not store your full card number.

Shipping options, fees, and delivery availability are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, local courier handling, or other conditions outside our control.

Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must meet the return conditions described on the Return & Warranty page. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Natural materials and handmade objects may vary slightly in color, texture, grain, shape, and finish.

These differences are normal characteristics and are not considered defects unless the item is damaged or significantly different from the product description.

The NORAVYA name, website design, original copy, photography, product presentation, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to NORAVYA unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without permission.

The website may rely on third party services such as Shopify, payment providers, analytics providers, email tools, shipping carriers, and marketing tools.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORAVYA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to website use, shipping delays, third party services, customs procedures, or misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the website, checkout, product range, or support policies change.
