This website is operated by WANZE INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, trading as NORAVYA, and is powered by Shopify.

These terms apply when you visit noravya.com, use our storefront, or purchase from us. By using the services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the policies linked or shown at checkout.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the services or place an order.

You are responsible for information submitted through the storefront and for keeping any account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

We try to present product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, photos, and care notes as clearly as possible.

Because many NORAVYA objects are natural, handmade, small-batch, or hand-finished, minor differences may appear between the product photos and the item received.

Product descriptions and wellness-related language are for general information only. Our objects do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and no spiritual or personal outcome is guaranteed.

Product availability may change without notice, especially for small-batch objects and selected maker pieces.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss cancellation, refund, replacement, or another suitable option.

Prices, currency display, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and the final checkout total may vary based on destination, checkout settings, and payment availability.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through secure Shopify checkout and payment providers; NORAVYA does not store your complete payment-card number.

The final amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for authorization. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

An order is confirmed only after checkout is completed and payment authorization is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, or delivery limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount.

To request cancellation, contact support@noravya.com within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing, packing, or shipment has begun.

NORAVYA currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States. Standard Tracked Shipping is USD $15, with free standard tracked shipping on qualifying subtotals of USD $150 or more after discounts and before shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Orders are normally prepared within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, local courier handling, or other conditions outside our reasonable control. Full details are available on the Shipping & Payment page.

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days after delivery with the supporting information described in our policy.

Items must meet the conditions on the Return & Warranty page. Do not send an item back without return authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Natural materials and handmade objects may vary slightly in color, texture, grain, shape, and finish.

These differences are normal characteristics and are not considered defects unless the item is damaged or significantly different from the product description.

The NORAVYA name, website design, original copy, photography, product presentation, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to NORAVYA unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without permission.

The services may contain or rely on third-party tools, links, applications, payment providers, analytics providers, email tools, carriers, and marketing services. We do not control third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Shopify provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer the services. Purchases from NORAVYA are transactions between you and WANZE INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, not Shopify.

You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful purposes; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the services in violation of law; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Except where prohibited by law, the services and products are provided on an 'as available' basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site access or error-free third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORAVYA and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the services, shipping delays, third-party services, customs procedures, or misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORAVYA and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a lawful business transfer.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, or a risk to the services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where required.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the services, operations, or legal requirements. The updated version will apply once posted on this page, subject to applicable law.
