Return & Warranty

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return request, please contact support@noravya.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return before sending anything back.

Returns must be approved before they are returned. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Eligible returns must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unburned and unopened, where applicable
• In original condition
• In original packaging where possible
• Free from damage, stains, odors, fragrance residue, or signs of use
• Returned with included accessories, care materials, cards, or inserts when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Many NORAVYA objects are made from natural materials such as stone, wood, ceramic, metal, or hand-finished surfaces.

Slight differences in color, grain, texture, tone, shape, polish, pattern, size, or natural markings are normal. These variations are part of the character of the object and are not considered defects.

A natural-material item may not look exactly identical to the product photos. This does not qualify as a quality issue unless the item is clearly damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was described.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a clear product issue, please contact us for review.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A short description of the issue

After review, we will suggest a suitable solution based on the item condition and order details.

NORAVYA reviews product issues case by case and limits support to clear item issues reviewed after delivery.

If a clear product issue appears after delivery, contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue fairly and explain what options may be available.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, misuse, fragrance residue, water exposure, or natural material variation is not treated as a product defect.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used or worn wearable objects
• Items with visible signs of use
• Custom or personalized items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, accident, or normal wear

If a product is marked final sale, it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

For returns not caused by damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed issue with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. NORAVYA is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may need additional time to post the funds.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or variation is to request an eligible return within 30 days and place a new order after the return is accepted.

For returns that are not caused by damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Because many NORAVYA objects are selected in small batches, we cannot guarantee that the same item, size, color, or variation will remain available.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@noravya.com.

We will do our best to help if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please first check with your bank, card provider, or payment platform.
