We describe object type, material, size, and care clearly so you can decide before purchase.
- Unused items
- Eligible returns must be unused, unworn, unburned, and in original condition.
- Return window
- The final return window is shown in the order policy at checkout and in order support communication.
- Item condition
- Items should be returned with original packaging, care materials, and any included NORAVYA note or insert when possible.
- Exceptions
- Used incense, worn jewelry, hygiene-sensitive items, damaged-by-use items, and custom-size objects may not be returnable.
- How to contact
- Contact hello@noravya.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return before sending anything back.
- Damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, send clear photos and packaging images so we can review the issue.
- Final review
- Return and refund eligibility is reviewed after the item is received and checked.
