- NORAVYA is a curated modern Eastern object brand. We select bracelets, sandalwood incense, cushions, and decorative room pieces for material, texture, atmosphere, and daily use.
- Do you make every object yourselves?
- No. Products are selected from Chinese makers, small studios, and trusted suppliers, then reviewed, described, and presented through the NORAVYA lens.
- What arrives with an order?
- Every order includes the selected object, protective packaging based on object type, a NORAVYA note card, and care guidance.
- Does packaging vary?
- Yes. Jewelry may arrive in a pouch or small box. Incense, cushions, and decorative room pieces are packed according to their size, material, and form.
- Do NORAVYA objects heal, protect, or change energy?
- No. We do not make medical, healing, magical, wealth, or spiritual guarantee claims. Our objects are symbolic and tactile reminders.
- How should I choose by feeling?
- Start with the state you recognize: pressure, overthinking, sleepless nights, boundaries, confidence, new beginnings, meditation, or a calmer home. Then choose the object type that fits your daily life.
- How do I choose size?
- For bracelets, check wrist size, bead size, fit note, and cord type before purchase. Final size guidance appears on product pages or at checkout when available.
- How does shipping work?
- Shipping options, estimates, and fees appear during Shopify checkout before payment. Tracking is shared after dispatch when supported by the carrier.
