Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Preparation normally takes 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 10–20 business days in transit. If an update is unclear or you need help, contact our team with your order number.

What if the piece is not right for me?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return for an eligible unused and unworn item. We will guide you through the next steps before you send it back. Personalized items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns; check the product listing and contact us before ordering. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, let us know so we can help. Return shipping for a change of mind is your responsibility.
