This website and store are operated by WANZE INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, trading as NORAVYA. Throughout these Terms, “NORAVYA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WANZE INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED.

NORAVYA provides this website, online store, content, products, checkout access, and related services to you subject to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and services.

By visiting, accessing, or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, prices, images, specifications, materials, and availability may be updated without prior notice.

We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to any person, location, or order.

3. Natural Materials and Hand-Finished Products

Some NORAVYA products are made from natural or hand-finished materials, including stone, metal, cord, and other materials described on each product page.

Natural variations in color, grain, pattern, texture, tone, shape, polish, size, or markings are normal and make each object unique. These variations are not considered defects unless the item is damaged or significantly different from its description.

4. Wellness and Product Use

NORAVYA products and website content are intended for general lifestyle, decorative, reflective, and personal-use purposes.

Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other qualified advice.

Any descriptions involving calm, grounding, confidence, stillness, protection, meditation, or similar ideas describe personal intentions, cultural associations, design concepts, or subjective experiences. They are not guarantees of specific physical, psychological, spiritual, or financial results.

You are responsible for using products safely and according to any care or safety instructions provided.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or review an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, or billing information provided with the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation may not be possible after the order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Products are sold for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

6. Prices, Payments, Taxes, and Charges

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or system error.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges, and other applicable fees are displayed at checkout when available. Charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by customs authorities, carriers, payment providers, or local authorities where applicable.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing is provided by Shopify and other payment providers. NORAVYA does not store your complete credit or debit card number.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery periods are displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, local delivery conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Risk of loss remains with NORAVYA until the order is delivered to the delivery address provided, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the customer independently arranges collection or transportation.

Please contact support@noravya.com if a shipment is substantially delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located.

8. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is available through the checkout footer.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days after delivery.

Returns must be approved before an item is sent back. Additional eligibility requirements, shipping responsibilities, exclusions, and refund processing times are described in the Return and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The NORAVYA name, branding, website design, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, illustrations, video, audio, journal content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NORAVYA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Shopify’s names, logos, services, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors. Other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to tools, payment methods, tracking services, social media platforms, or websites operated by third parties.

These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, products, or services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to the applicable third party’s terms.

11. Relationship With Shopify

NORAVYA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are made directly from NORAVYA. Shopify is not the seller of NORAVYA products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, or transactions between you and NORAVYA.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from products purchased from NORAVYA.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our ecommerce and checkout services are powered by Shopify, information you submit may also be collected, processed, stored, or transferred by Shopify and relevant service providers to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.

13. Feedback, Reviews, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, feedback, or other content to NORAVYA, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You grant NORAVYA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

14. Errors and Inaccuracies

Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order because of an error, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

You may not use the Services:

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or free from technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORAVYA and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other rights protected by mandatory consumer law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORAVYA, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and NORAVYA concerning your use of the Services and supersede prior communications relating to the same subject.

22. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, merger, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or protections available under the laws that apply to them.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal obligations, or policies.

The current version will be posted with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
